… which close in six hours, and not dropping hints or anything, but I’m only in the lead by a couple of votes.
You can vote for Nee Naw here.
You can also vote for Random Acts of Reality, which is in a similar position in different categories here and here.

Nice going, Mark . . . We come from a town of 3400. Gave you a good run for awhile today. How many people live in London? (Just kidding.) May the BEST BLOG win . . . Probably be the Bald BLOG!!

Heh… you’re still giving me a good run, and the people of London are all dropping off to sleep round about now! Nail biting stuff, eh? Best of luck to you (but not so much luck that you beat me, if you see what I mean!)

I would Vote for you at work Mark, but it appears this IP address has already voted! You have more fans within the police service

Hi Mark,
If you win, it won’t be because people in London voted for you. It’ll be because your writing is interesting enough for people from all over the place to drop in and read what you have to say. If I recall rightly, you have a reader called Al from Spain. I too live in Spain. Aginoth’s Ramblings has a counter that details where visitors come from. I bet if you had one, it would give the lie to vague suggestions that you’ve got all your mates voting for you.
Just thought I’d give you a vote of confidence as well as a vote in the awards.

I think Nick was only joking in reply to my comment about “support your friendly London Ambulance bloggers”. But thanks for your comment, it is much appreciated. I do have a counter thing, but it’s only visible to me, and it tells me I’ve had visits from 65 different countries this month.
Anyway, you’ll be glad to know that thanks to your support and that of others, Nee Naw has won the Best New Medical Blog category. Hooray!!!

the reponse I got was…..
THE POLLS ARE CLOSED…
Hey! It’s the thought that counts, isn’t it?

Do you have any issues with people putting your blog as a link on their page?
I guess you can’t stop me, but I also guess it’s a courtesy to ask….
I guess a lot..
2 posts in a row, I promise I’m not a stalker :-O

After being pointed here from someone else, I added Nee Naw to Live Journal as a syndicated feed. For LJ users it can be found here:

Very interesting read. Thanks for sharing.

And then I discover that someone else has already created it at:

Oh well.

Well done on winning! Lets see if it ends up on The Pulse…

Well done on winning again! Are you going to celebrate?
January 18th, 2006 at 3:22 pm
That’s the third LJ feed Nee Naw has acquired so far. I thought livejournal was supposed to not let you make two feeds for the same thing? Oh well, thanks anyway!
And thanks to everyone who voted!

You are allowed to blow your own trumpet, you know!
January 18th, 2006 at 3:32 pm
I heard that makes you go blind…

Only if you do it too often. Every now and then is OK. In fact, it’s probably quite beneficial. Certainly gives you that feel-good factor.
