PJ over at Dispatcher Journal has asked me to make an appeal on behalf of a friend of a friend who is urgently seeking a bone marrow donor. The donor needs to be of Filipino origin and aged 18-61, although of course there are people of all nationalities out there seeking donors right now.

People can contact the Anthony Nolan Trust http://www.anthonynolan.org.uk and I believe all blood donors are automatically added to the list.
I was shortlisted as being one of only four people who where a possible match in the world a while ago to give a bone marrow donation for a adult male in North America but he died before the final tissue typing checks.
